• 🔹 How do I use the App?
  Position your iOS device to capture your fencing practice or match, select your weapon type (Foil, Épée, or Sabre), and start tracking. The app leverages on-device computer vision to analyze form, footwork, and blade trajectories in real time.
• 🔹 Is my video data stored or uploaded?
  No. All video frame processing and motion tracking are executed entirely locally on your device using Apple's native machine learning frameworks. Raw videos and tracking metrics are never uploaded to any external server.

• 🔹 我的视频数据会上传吗？
  不会。所有视频帧处理与姿态追踪均在您的设备本地通过 Apple 原生机器学习框架完成。原始视频及追踪数据绝不会上传至任何云端服务器。

1. 我们收集什么数据

本应用的核心计算机视觉追踪功能完全离线运行于您的设备本地。因此：

2. 数据如何存储

您在使用应用时产生的运动分析报告与本地配置均仅保存在您的设备本地：

• 📱 采用 Apple 原生的安全沙盒机制存储在您的设备中
• 🔐 其他任何应用程序或网络服务都无法访问这些数据
• 🗑️ 当您卸载本 App 时，所有本地记录和缓存将被系统自动且永久删除

3. 摄像头权限与本地视觉处理

为了实现击剑运动员与剑尖形态的实时追踪，本应用需要请求您的设备相机权限：

• 👁️ 实时流处理： 摄像头捕获的视频流仅用于当下的运动轨迹推导与形态分析。
• 🔒 端侧运算： 所有视觉算法（如 Vision、CoreML）均在本地芯片（CPU/GPU/Neural Engine）上运行，视频画面在内存中即时处理完毕，不作长久驻留存储，更不会外传。

4. 第三方服务（内购与订阅管理）

为了给您提供“无广告、一次买断”的纯净体验，我们需要处理应用内购买（IAP）。为此，我们集成了以下必要且安全的第三方服务：

• ✅ RevenueCat： 我们使用 RevenueCat SDK 来验证和管理您的“买断高级版”购买状态。RevenueCat 仅处理由 Apple 提供的匿名购买收据（Receipt Data），不收集、也不关联您的任何真实身份信息。

除此之外，我们不集成任何第三方广告网络或侵入式行为分析 SDK。

5. 设备权限说明

本应用坚守工具隐私底线，仅申请实现核心功能所必需的权限：

• 📸 相机权限（必须）： 仅用于捕获击剑训练画面以供实时视觉追踪分析。
• 🚫 不需要麦克风录音权限（除非用户明确开启视频录制带声音功能，且声音仅保存在本地）。
• 🚫 不需要地理位置权限及本地网络扫描权限。

6. 儿童隐私

本应用面向击剑运动员、教练员及体育爱好者。对于未成年人用户，我们同样严格遵守本地处理原则，不收集任何儿童的个人身份数据。

7. 隐私政策更新

我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策以符合 Apple App Store 的最新审核规范，更新后的政策将在 App Store 页面公布。

8. GDPR 与 CCPA 合规声明

由于我们采用本地优先架构，不收集或集中存储任何个人身份信息或视频数据：

Short Answer: We do not collect personally identifiable information or upload your video data.
The app's computer vision features run entirely offline. Therefore:

• ❌ We do not collect your name, email, or phone number.
• ❌ We do not upload or store your video feeds on any cloud servers.
• ❌ We do not collect precise location data.
• ❌ We never use third-party advertising SDKs.

2. How Data is Stored

All analysis reports and local settings are stored exclusively on your device locally via Apple’s sandboxing mechanism and are automatically wiped upon uninstallation.

3. Camera Access and On-Device Vision Processing

FenceVision requires camera access to track athlete posture and sword forms in real time. Video streams are processed instantly on-device using machine learning frameworks and are never transmitted externally.

4. Third-Party Services (In-App Purchases)

We integrate RevenueCat solely to verify anonymous App Store purchase receipts for unlocking premium features. No identity information or payment details are collected or stored by us.

5. Device Permissions

• 📸 Camera Access: Required strictly for real-time motion and sword tracking.
• 🚫 No location, local network, or unauthorized tracking permissions required.
